Nina is the CEO of All Black Everything Hospitality Group and the Executive Chef of The Love Experience, an upscale, full service catering, food service, and event production firm. She is also the Co Founder of AYA House at Motor City Mimosa, a vibrant community sanctuary for business and non profit leaders nestled in historic Eastern Market in Detroit Michigan. Her expertise and passion extend beyond food and deeply leans into service, community and entrepreneurship training and development.

With over two decades immersed in the dynamic food and beverage and hospitality industries, Nina Love stands as a seasoned culinary artist, hospitality expert, food and beverage consultant. Her impressive 21-year career spans diverse and high stakes environments, from serving distinguished clientele and global dignitaries at the Pentagon and the U.S. House of Representatives to orchestrating large scale catering events.
Notably, Nina spearheaded a week long catering operation for the NFL Draft, where she expertly built a kitchen and dining room from scratch in Detroit’s Hart Plaza and led a team of forty three local chefs, cooks, and service team members to successfully serve over 3,500 guests daily from sun up to sun down.
